How can I make a reservation at The Muskdeer Retreat?

You can reserve directly through our website using the “Reserve Now” form or call us at +91-97332-86024. We recommend booking in advance, especially during peak tourist seasons from March to May and October to December.

Where is The Muskdeer Retreat located?

We are located at Ranka Fatak, New STNM Hospital Road, Lower Sichey, Gangtok, Sikkim. It is a quiet and well-connected part of the city, easily accessible from MG Marg and all major tourist attractions.

What is the best time to visit Gangtok?

Gangtok is beautiful throughout the year. Spring from March to May brings blooming rhododendrons, while autumn from October to December offers clear skies and stunning views of Kanchenjunga. Our staff can guide you based on your travel preferences.

Do you offer tour packages or travel assistance?

Yes! Through our partner Muskdeer Holidays, we offer customized travel itineraries including honeymoon packages, corporate tours, adventure travel, student trips, and eco-adventure arrangements. Speak to our tour desk at check-in.

Payment and Cancellation

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers. A partial advance payment may be required to confirm your booking during peak season.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made more than 72 hours before check-in are fully refunded. Cancellations within 72 hours may be subject to a one-night retention charge. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions page for complete details.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Breakfast can be included as an optional add-on at the time of booking. We serve a wholesome buffet breakfast with Indian, Sikkimese, and Continental options every morning from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Do you have facilities for corporate groups or events?

No, We don’t have conference room & Banquet Hall, But if you need we can arrange it.
